Beautifully made and painted in vibrant colours, A old man sits on a crat holding a bunch of balloons, he is fairly smartly dressed wearing a burgundy waistcoat. A dark grey pair of trousers with a black long overcoat and a dark brown hat, he has a knapsack to one side in burgundy and white.
